Reverse Charades Lite
A group acting game where everyone acts and one person guesses.
How to play
Simple rules
Have paper, phone ready before you explain the rules. Explain the goal in one sentence, run a short first round, then let the group settle into the rhythm.
- Write simple actions on paper slips or use phone notes.
- One player faces the group as the guesser.
- Everyone else acts out the same prompt silently.
- Rotate the guesser after each correct answer.
Best use
When this works well
Good fit
Use it when the group needs a quick shared moment without a long explanation.
Maybe skip it
Skip it if the room is too loud for instructions or if players are not ready to participate yet.
Variation
Change the format
Use team-based scoring for a more competitive version.
Tips
Make it work better
- Open with one sample round so people understand the tone before they are asked to contribute.
- Keep the first round simple and treat it as practice.
- Let players pass if they need a moment.
- Stop while the activity still has energy instead of stretching it too long.
